The photo was taken of Jack De Groot. Using various space photos and star systems, i built up the glittery effect around the edges. A normal round brush to give his face and jacket the blue highlights. The city render is terrible in comparison. Could do with a lot more contrast, but it was just difficult finding a similar stock image.
